Amanda Menard is a Senior Advisor at Vault. She is responsible for ensuring that all external content and communications from Vault is aligned with the company’s strategic direction. Amanda also provides insights into the technology industry relying on her knowledge and experience in the IT industry.
Amanda has over six years’ experience working within the technology industry and over a year of that time was spent at Vault as Executive Assistant to Founder and CEO, Rupert Taylor-Price. In her time as EA to the CEO, Amanda handled a range of activities including liaising with high profile Board members and Minister’s offices as well as engaging with customers and key stakeholders to develop new business opportunities, eventually leading to the award of Vault’s first major Defence contract.
Prior to joining Vault, Amanda was the Operations Coordinator for the Australian Cyber Security Centre (ACSC), which falls within the Australian Department of Defence. While at the ACSC, Amanda coordinated responses to incidents involving government networks as well as updated Australian Cyber Security Centre staff, partner agencies, senior management and stakeholders on the progress of incident remediation. Amanda also used her technical knowledge to engage technical experts within the ACSC in order to determine the best course of action for remediating an incident.
