About Vault and our Customer Experience Team
Vault is one of the first cloud service providers globally to be certified by ASD at a ‘protected’ level. Vault is rapidly growing and is dedicated to providing sovereign, agile and hyper-scale cloud services to the Government and its partners.
Our Customer Experience team is a key component to our success. This team consists of talented Cloud Administrators to ensure our customers can achieve their business outcomes and operate at the highest level while using Vault’s cloud. This team solves many technical difficulties which our customers and clients may face when trying to use or access our secure cloud.
We are seeking an intern who is studying Computer Science, Engineering, or other related degrees to join our Technical Customer Experience team. Within this team, you will assist with day to day inquiries from our customers and employees and participate in providing workable solutions to help monitor the performance of our secure cloud.

The outcome of this Internship
The successful Intern will be provided with hands-on experience in improving the customer experience within a technical team. This internship will provide students with the support to enter the workforce with commercial awareness and an understanding of Cloud technology.
Due to the nature of our business, it is essential that you are an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain a security clearance.
