Customer feedback is very important to Vault Cloud, so we’ve streamlined the customer feedback process to make it easier for you to submit your thoughts, suggestions and positive/negative feedback.
Where previously the customer feedback has only been available while connected to the VPN, we have implemented a change that will allow customers to submit their feedback directly through a link in the resolution email- whether you are connected to the VPN or not. Simply click the stars at the bottom of the email.
